OnCall Air, a d/b/a or AC Doctor LLC, (“us”, “we”, or “our” or the “Company”) operates http://www.www.oncallair.com (the “Site”).

The “Service” is a proposal management system that allows a home services provider, contractor dealer, salesperson, consultant, technician, or other users (referred to as a “Customer”) to create a custom, digital proposal for the sale of HVAC equipment, accessories, installation, and related products or services to a consumer (“User”).

This page informs you (“you”, “your” or the “Customer”) of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personally identifiable information we receive from users of the Site (“Personal Information”).

Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, your phone, your email address, your billing address, telephone number, and credit card information, or that of your organization (“Personal Information”).

Registration
In order to use the services promoted on this Site, a Customer must first complete the registration form.

During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
