In the fast-paced world of an HVAC contractor, efficiency and customer satisfaction are key. That’s why OnCall Air is always innovating to help make your business run smoother and more profitably. In this post, we’ll spotlight some of the standout features added to OnCall Air in 2024 – tools that are designed to streamline your workflow and keep your customers happy.
OnCall Air Warranty+
OnCall Air has partnered with Porch to offer an extended labor warranty process for you and your customers that is easier than ever. With a single Warranty SKU, you can offer a 10-year extended labor warranty covering most HVAC installations, regardless of brand. And with everything being managed within OnCall Air, you can add Extended Labor Warranties to your proposal with a single click. This value-added service helps differentiate your business and build long-term customer loyalty.
GoodLeap
GoodLeap is now integrated into OnCall Air, making it easier than ever to approve more customers with flexible, homeowner-friendly payment options. With special negotiated rates and plans automatically updated in OnCall Air, you’ll have the tools to close more deals effortlessly.
Add Labor, Material, Tax on Accessories
One of the most requested features was the ability to add labor, material costs, and taxes to accessories. OnCall Air now allows you to configure mark-ups, labor rates, and taxes for accessories, giving you complete control over pricing. Set specific material costs and labor hours for each accessory, ensuring accurate, profitable proposals every time.
Add Quantity to Recommended Accessories
Recommending accessories to customers also got easier. With the new “Quantity on Recommended Accessories” feature you can suggest multiple quantities of an accessory for your customers. They’ll have the freedom to choose how many they’d like to add to their proposal, making the decision process more transparent and customer-driven.
Multi-zone Ductless Enhancement
For contractors working with multi-zone ductless systems, OnCall Air has made creating proposals simpler and more intuitive. A new component type – Indoor Ductless Units – has been added to the proposal app. This update streamlines the proposal process for multi-zone systems, mirroring the easy-to-use methods already familiar to OnCall Air users. View Recommendations Declined by the Customer
In response to user feedback, we’ve added a feature that displays both the recommendations that were accepted and those declined by the customer in the proposal summary. This ensures complete transparency, eliminating any confusion and keeping both you and your customer on the same page regarding the original offerings.
At OnCall Air, we are dedicated to continuous improvement based on evolving industry needs and contractor feedback. With these updates, we’re helping HVAC contractors save time, improve the customer experience, and grow their businesses. As always, we’re committed to making your job easier – and your business more successful. And the best part? We’re constantly working on new features and enhancements to stay ahead of the curve. Your feedback drives our innovations, and we’ll continue to roll out new tools to keep you competitive in an ever-changing market.
